Rates and Policies - Smoke Free Environment

Please:

• Check- in between 2:00 and 4:30 pm at Leaping Lizards! toy store/Story Pottery, unless other arrangements are made in advance.
• Check out by 11:00 am.
• Sorry we cannot accommodate pets.
• Children welcome.
• Use of facilities and equipment are at your own risk.
• No fires on property.
• No hunting or discharging firearms.
• No ATV's or snow mobiles.
• No smoking please.
• My pets live on site.

Entire Cottage:

• Will accommodate as few as one or as many as six
• 2 night minimum stay on weekends, usually; we sometimes accept last 
  minute bookings for 1 night.
• Stay 5 nights, get the 6th night free

Rates:

• $159.00 per night, upper floor accommodates 2. Living/dining area with rustic stone gas fireplace, fully equipped kitchen area, 1 bedroom with queen bed, bath with whirlpool, patio with picnic table. Use of 18-acre property.
• $100.00 per night, additional lower suite accommodates 4: 2 bedrooms, one with king bed, one with double bed. Bath, patio. May be rented only in combination with upper suite.
• Master Card, Visa, Discover, American Express, Check, or Cash

Deposits and Cancellations:

• Deposit equal to 50% of total will be charged upon acceptance of reservation, balance due the day of check-in. Customers paying with a check or cash must pay the entire amount at the time the reservation is made.
• No refund for early departures.
• Refund will be made on cancellations received 20 days prior to reservation date, minus $50.00 cancellation fee.
• If a last minute cancellation is necessary and the suite can be re-rented, your fee will be returned minus the $50.00 cancellation fee. If it can not be rented the full amount will be charged
