Rates:
$129.00 per night/single or double occupancy
$30.00 per night/use of additional smaller bedroom

Deposits and Cancellations:
Deposit equal to 50% of total will be charged upon acceptance of
reservation, balance due at check-in.
No refund for early departures.
Refund will be made on cancellations received 14 days prior to
reservation date, minus $30.00 cancellation fee.
If a last minute cancellation is necessary and the suite can be re-rented, your deposit will be returned minus the $30.00 cancellation fee.
